Solo guitar

Jon plays a wide range of instrumental pieces on acoustic or electric guitar and creates the perfect musical backdrop for your event or occasion. Jazz standards through to modern classics; interesting  versions of pop songs; dynamic loop pedal arrangements all come together to add a warm and relaxed ambience. Special songs can be learned and performed as an add on if required. Perfect for weddings, parties and corporate events where it’s important that the music doesn’t overtake the occasion.

Acoustic duo

As well as playing with his old mate Matt Shepherd in the long standing, highly revered and appropriately named Matt and Jon, Jon is able to call on a number of his musical friends to put together the perfect acoustic duo package for most occasions. Jazz guitar/instrumental duo; vocal harmony duo; vibrant party duo…. Whatever vibe you are looking for, it can be done and again it’s vital to create the right ambience which is something that Jon has many years of experience in. It doesn’t have to be acoustic, it can be electric too….. anything’s possible.

Full9Yards band

Jon’s band Full9Yards has been performing for weddings, parties and functions all over east anglia for well over fifteen years. It’s predominantly a three piece band with guitar, bass, drums and three harmony vocals but comes with the option to bolt on other musicians and vocalists if required. The set list includes everything that you would expect and quite a lot that you may not but this is where Full9Yards is different to many live bands, they are able to play such and extensive mix of music that there is something to suit every taste. The perfect party atmosphere is always created and Full9Yards usually get the crowd singing and dancing along in no time.
